I'm not sure about Link and Ronald but Kali was only banned a week. I doubt they would be permabanned. The fact remains that Stalin banned Kali for no reason.

Kali wasn't harassing Imperial, he was just being his usual grammar nazi self, which isn't against the rules. Plus, he received no warnings for any of his supposed insults which circumvented the site rules which say that you need 3 points for a ban. Stalin just banned him because he wanted to.

Thats harassment and kali love to harass people just look at the definition of harassment :

Kali was pointing out the flaws in another user's post. That's actually helping the user. Not harassment.

Yes they do. Lot's of people get warnings and then stop. Just because a few idiots keep going doesn't mean they don't work. Besides, even if they didn't, they're still in the rules. Whether they're effective or not is irrelevant because Stalin was still forced by his own rules to give Kali a warning before banning him. He didn't, so he broke the rules.

I'm sorry @DukeofAwesome but you're wrong. Kali was indeed harassing Imperial and the entire staff agreed upon this. He would have been warned, I thought he had been already. I guess this shows what happens when I don't do things personally. -_-

That absolutely is enough to be considered harassment if he is targeting one person with that enough. Beyond that I'm not getting into the ban. It was harassment, he should have been warned which I thought Deadtrap or Bart did, considering I am currently taking a break I did not. The ban itself was a decision by Stalin and not the staff so I am not discussing that right now.

Why is there an authority problem on this site? Why can't you guys just accept that nothing you say will change anything. You don't own the site, you have no say in any administration. I hate saying it over and over again, but there is a little red X you can press that will take you away from the site should you wish to leave. You guys are all acting like children who didn't get their way, stop whining and come back to reality.

We were made promises with this site. Stalin promised us that if we ever made an infraction that we would be warned. Kali wasn't warned. Stalin broke his own rules. How is it whining to ask for the rules to be upheld?

No, it's incompetence on Stalin's part since he didn't even check with his staff to see if there was a warning. He just banned Kali because he didn't like what he was doing and didn't even give him a warning.

How insulting stalin and the staff is going to improve the website? Im sure there is nothing wrong with debating on a website without insulting or harassing other users.
