I continue arguing and you still didn´t responded to me: you are an anarchist and you defend statism. I believe I know who is the real hypocrite here.

And capitalism is not coercive. You are trying to push the bad things about your ideology into mine. Socialism is the economic system which is coercive. And in capitalism, people are always better off then in socialist countries (it always has been like that). The only way you get poor only happens if you don´t work and you don´t have any initiative by yourself. You don´t need to be an "evil" capitalist to know that.

    Oh my!

I´m talking about drugs, not politics.

Before you said this, I never knewwhat the site was about. I was just searching for news about Ron Paul, today, on Google, and I found that.

In conclusion, Alex Jones is crazy, but has no comparison to certain people here.

I don't know why I follow American politics, other than them being hilarious.

    Thanks for this, Pedro.

Well, that´s the spirit. Do nothing, siting on the couch drinking bear and watching soccer (since it looks like you are a Benfica fanatic), and saying things like this. Whatever country you are talking important, politics is very important (being the US the most important, since what is done there influences the entire planet).

But after all, this thread is not about politics. Is about trolling against Ron Paul. People are seeing that their god (the State) is under the menace of the message of Liberty, so they go to the extreme, like picking in the sligthest they can to attack Ron Paul like this. By doing that, you are indirectly messagers of the two-party system which controlls America and the corporatist that is behind it, that has the objectives to destroy your freedom.

So continue trolling, people, because that is what you are best at. Not discussing politics. I will not comment anymore in this thread. I´m sick of it.

    Sounds painful.

People commonly ask me why I hate Libertarianism. Why I, the guy who often quotes Rand and regularly uses Objectivist rhetoric, the guy whose political alignment is more like a lawful variant of Max Stirner's Egoist Anarchism than anything, would hate Libertarianism of all things. In truth I don't, I simply hate the Libertarians themselves. And the quote above is an example of why.

We're a hat, for Christ's sake, what do you expect.

But seriously, I don't care for Canadian politics. I'll vote, and I'll do whatever, but I find them boring. American politics, however, provide entertainment to me.

I dislike socialist statism less then capitalist statism, doesn't mean I support it.

Capitalism is coercive because you are forced to work for a wage and have yourself exploited by the capitalist class just to get by in life. Capitalists will also try to make the amount of shit you get as small as possible. In Socialism, nobody is capable of doing that.

The first-world is better off then the third-world, it isn't about capitalism and "socialist states", its about west and east. Plenty of poor capitalist country's out there. Besides its questionable whether or not there are existing socialist states, or even if statist socialism can manage to be socialist.

By the way, I don't think Ron Paul is being hypocritical about this, I never asserted that.

How is communism possible in an anarchist state? What would happen if I started a business and started charging money for my labor? There isn't a government to stop me.

The point of communism is to have a state-less society.

You would find yourself with no customers, there are now mostly gift economy's and I imagine there would be alot of mutualist and syndicalist models in use. You would have no workers, because they would see little need to be exploited. As well as your rule would be coercive even if you DID manage to run a business, and would be grounds for the rest of the community to attack you in self defense.
