Smoking itself isn't bad. Yes I said it @slydessertfox. But its smoking frequently that's the problem. You shouldn't smoke a pack a day or even a pack a week. My mum smokes a cigarette or two maybe every two or three months, just with friends to calm herself down or something. So smoking isn't the problem, smoking frequently is.

Too much of anything is bad for you.

Everything in moderation. Except fruits and vegetables, I suppose.
