    No, its a big victory for moderates. The left is not ever going to matter in the US unless some huge economic disaster takes place (another great depression, for example).

    As for Bachmann, she has called this an end to religious liberty (wtf?) and economic liberty (a bit less confusing) in America. She said that the Court is forcing America's poor to pay the price for their "utopian dreams". Lol she's a great comic.

    Bachman is right when she says it is a strike against economic freedom. Now the big insurance companies are more powerfull and the small ones will not be able to compete with them (because of more taxation).
