@Lighthouse did my economy expand after my 1995 plan? Because I would like to begin my two aircraft carrier and 40 other warships by the year 2007 with Amphibious Assault craft done by 2004. Also we would like to withdraw from NATO and state that Germany is interested in expanding its global economic involvement and protect it. Additionally, Germany would like to inquire to China the price of a 10 Square KM piece of coastal land to act as Military base to protect German assets from terrorism and piracy. If outright buying a piece of land for 100 years is not acceptable, we would also inquire as to your terms for basing rights in Chinese military ports? We hope this opens the door to closer ties between our two great nations!
The People's Republic of China will consider the German proposal for a military base, but require information including the threats that Germany seeks to protect against and the force strength that Germany intends to place at the proposed base.

The People's Republic of Iran has made progress into it's construction of it's a new, modernized fleet. The incomplete fleet currently consists of two battleships ('Proletarian' and 'Lenin') 1 heavy cruiser (Unity-1), 3 light cruisers, and 7 destroyers. Still under construction is the aircraft carrier 'October', a heavy cruiser (Sickle-1), and 2 extra destroyers.
Germany will not require a significant land garason at the base considering it sees the protection of Chinese Territory as the responsibility of the rightful government of China however, an Air Strip will be placed on base with 45 Fighter/Bombers capable of long ranged maratime and land activites in the Pacific and provisions for an Aircraft Carrier. If China would be so generous to provide Germany with land, Germany will allow unlimited maratime access to up to 50% of the Port's Capacity and 25% of the Airstrips capacity (meaning Emergency landings for PLA aircraft will not be an issue.) Germany perceives radical elements emanating from nations within the pacific with lower stability and also anti-piracy activity is planed to be implemented as well. Germany will act with swift and decisive justice to extremists and pirates and we ask for Chinese co operation in this matter. There are many riches for China should you play ball...

TRAGEDY IN BELGRADE when a Serbian spy Bosnian terrorist ran into the town plaza screaming, "SERB- I mean BOSNIA IS GREAT!" in Serbian and then firing off a Serbian engineered and manufactured automatic weapon. When he ran out of arms he ran off screaming the Serbian national anthem and then correcting himself to sing the Bosnian anthem. He was never caught, but police did identify the man as Boris Neltski, a high ranking agent in the Serbian Special Forces. However since this was obviously a Bosnian attack the idea that Boris did it was thrown out and the police were reprimanded. 6 Bosnian civilians were killed but no Serbians were harmed. THERE SHALL BE RETRIBUTION FOR THIS TERRORIST ACTION, BOSNIA!
