Seriously, where is the idea of Sparta having a better trained army then Athens coming from? They've both been fighting for just as long.
That would not be fair in any way, shape, or form. It would be far fairer to dissolve his empire into nothingness.
Viking got control of Sweden when he left. I didn't see any complaints there. That and Macedon is at war with Athens how is that fair to ME to lose an ally. EDIT: I want someone neutral to control at the least.

Wow you think the adult Spartans weren't trained? The Spartans were trained like this for many decades before historically.
Has this rp ever been historical? No. This roleplay has been going on for 3 in game years, which is not enough for you to train a child.

Supreme Leader Supreme is pleased with the current course of events. With such conflict in the Mediterranean, many trade ships have used London as a safe haven. Current estimates show that within 10 years, Supreme's goal of a navy that can be equaled by no other shall be complete. @General Mosh Colonization parties have already bee sent south and are filling up territory quickly, thanks to a small population burst that resulted in a mass migration into London. The current naval force of London equals to about 84 triremes, with 74 patrolling from the entrance to the Baltic Sea all the way to the Strait of Gibraltar, fighting pirates and protecting trade ships. The iron plating on the ships became impractical after a short time, and lead scientists are still working on ways of improving the ships. With no impending crisis, Supreme Leader Supreme sends a delegation to observe the war in the Mediterranean, and is to be neutral in the conflict, and should be welcomed by all nations. The leader of the delegation, Ship-Captain Soze, is also given the power to possibly negotiate a peace if he feels that such a thing is possible. Several cartographers are also on board to map out the Mediterranean and 5 diplomats in the case of meeting a new nation.

Well, to that I can only say that I wasn't paying attention enough to complain. It shouldn't have happened. It isn't. But in the overal scheme of things, your brief displeasure at this is not equal to the possibility of you doubling the size of your empire. The only fair thing in that case would be to do the same for all the others as well, which would make it unfair to you as your gains would be in a fixed area whereas others could choose. No, the simplist and sanest solution is to just dissolve Macedonia. You will suffer for the loss of your ally, but it is not the responsiblity of anyone but ddbbO89 that such a situation arose. Mayhap you can play adopt-a-soldier with anything that he has deployed to your war camps, but the rest has to go. A person who is moderating a game cannot have an entirely 'neutral' stance while they have a stake in the game. It could work, but its tricky. A person who is not moderating who is controling a 'neutral' faction may as well take the faction for their own. Anyone with multiple 'neutral' factions will have to be willing to watch their empires be stagnant and dissolve slowly over time. OOC: Lazy Danzig people can't even finish a civil war.
The Levantine Kingdom's army begin moving away from Phalanxes, instead moving to a new tactic, that of the Triple line. The Triple line would have Three lines of ranks moving forward, so that the first one would get tired, and the next line could come in. It was a good counter to Phalanx troops, because Phalanxes were known to be very rigid, and could really only primarily face forward. Levantine troops are still armed with Pikes, but the army on Cyprus is the first to convert to medium length swords, as well as 2 throwing spears.
I want Macedon to help me until war is over at least. I will lose a VERY powerful ally. It would change the course of the entire war.
