@darthdj31 all 5 provinces for COG to settle will be settled in Italy, thank you. And all 5 provinces settled by the Empire will go inland, anywhere you want, I don't want anymore coastal provinces. The place I've gone to is as far west as I want to go.

The Empire still does not care, and continues to encourage the COG in it's efforts to colonize Southern Italy. Rome has issued edicts about not colonizing Italy before, but Sparta, Venice, and the COG have all done so. As well as Carthage, if you consider Sicily part of Italy.

Also if the colonies grow over 5 provinces Rome will order to build a wooden wall to prevent growth upwards towards Roman territory .
