The IoM places 25,000 men into infantry training and 10,000 cavalry into training. Idle military units are at all times training. 40 Penance-class ships are placed under construction.
Your hostility is noted, however I would have suggested a german coalition, seeing there are only a few german states around. Note that I still technicly own Munich [just not much of Bavaria appearently], and with many non-german nations looking towards germany for expansion, I would still suggest a coalition, lest Danzig wants to weaken its armies on near by nations and have to deal with non-german hordes invading.
I support this notion. I say we support this deal with a trade league as well, with increased competition towards the mysterious blue nation...

Munich Agrees. Note that the dark blue nation [i was told was bavaria(LOL)] is in between us, we could crush them and weaken our armies, or add him to the coalition and gain his military support and the benefits of connection through him.
Well if Mosh raised my troops right for my previous war with Sparta, I have been using Thessalian cavalry for years.
