Can I be Under Secretary of Education? I figure you might as well go big or go home.

Because I'm sure you've all been waiting....

Illegal Immigration: Open borders. If people want to come here then that's their business, and our current border control policies are hemorrhaging billions of dollars and contributing a rise in crime and a plethora of human rights violations along our border. That said, I think we need to work with Mexico to help combat their cartel problems and work with them on establishing a bilateral (possible bigger) criminal database to assist border control authorites in keeping criminals out of the country. While borders should be open, we still need to screen people to insure we aren't letting terrorists or criminals into our country.

The Wars in the Middle East: I think we need to continue along the course we're on. We've accomplished our strategic goals in Afghanistan, but if we pull out too hastily or abandon them entirely we risk undoing all of our work their i the past decade.

Universal Healthcare: I believe Americans should have the right to the best healthcare in the world at as little cost as possible. I don't know how economically feasible this is at the current time, but I think that part of being an American citizen should be getting free health care.

The Economic Crisis: If I had any real idea how to fix things I would be in congress and not on this website, but basically I think that while we need regulation to stop people from abusing the system, the more we regulate the more harmful it is to businesses. I think the only real way to stimulate the job market (public works projects are fine, but they're only temporary employment) is to provide tax credits to companies hiring new workers. Various state's have done this and had varying amounts of success, but I definitely see it as a way for the federal government to stimulate private sector growth.

War With Iran: I don't see this as necessary. I don't think Iran should have nuclear weapons, but I think it can be resolved through diplomatic means. Iran doesn't want this war. We don't want this war. Despite what they may be posturing, Israel doesn't want this war. I think we could get along with some sort of combination of drawing down sanctions for more pronounced access to their nuclear facilities.

War With North Korea: Also unnecessary, especially given their new leader has yet to show the same provocative nature that their previous one has. We still need to protect our interests in the region, and ensure that Nkor doesn't destabilize the local economy, but there's no need to instigate anything,

Use of Torture: ""It's illegal under international law and under our law. It's also immoral, and it's also very impractical. There's no evidence that you really get reliable evidence,"

"We diminish our standing in the world and the values that we project, which include liberty, democracy, human rights and open markets, when we torture," - Pretty much sums up my thoughts.

Government Surviellence on Citizens: Completely wrong. We need probable cause and need to respect the judicial constraints we've been building up over the past century. I don't even think traffic light cameras should be allowed, as they serve as an invasion on privacy. I would support some sort of amendment to formally codify our right to privacy, as currently it's an inferred right off a few amendments and supreme court precedents.

Space Exploration: While this is important, it shouldn't take precedence over social programs, the economy, or the military.

Gay's Rights: They should have the same rights as anybody else. As a compromise to religious groups, I would be in favor of removing marriages from the lexicon of federal benefits. People would have to sign through the courthouse to get civil unions that would serve as their certificates for tax benefits, etc.

Enviormentalism: The environment is important, and I think we need to do whatever we can within reason to protect it. We should sign onto the various international treaties that we aren't signatories too, and both invest and subsidize alternative energy research and initiatives. A good model would be Arizona, where you get a considerable tax break for installing a solar panel on your home, and you actually own a portion of the power you generate so in a few years the installation pays for itself. I think we need to expand on our nuclear network as it's really the only viable green option for most of the country.

Abortion: I support a woman's right to choose.

Legalization of Marijuana: Should be legalized, and a vice tax should be applied like we do with alcohol and tobacco. We could shift a lot of our resources away from the war on drugs to more important areas. I think we would still need to regulate it to an extent, perhaps through the ATF in order to ensure that people are getting a safe product, but people should have a right to do what they want to themselves so long as it doesn't harm anyone else.

Education Reform: NCLB should be repealed and more money should be given towards education. While we need to reward schools for doing well, we can't set underachieving schools further back by placing them on probation. We need to make the job of teaching more attractive to smart and dedicated individuals. We need to reward innovation and creativity, rather then test scores.

Stance on Unions: Fairly irrelevant in today's labor force, but I respect what they've accomplished and support workers rights to collectively bargain.

Court Jester. Maybe if you behave yourself and keep the fires to a minimum you can be Keeper of The Swans or something.

I'd award Biden the title of Court Jester.
And then Osama Bin Laden would be Master of the Hunt.

As long as you realize this much. Even the change from the current US economy to a semi socialist economy would take years, and communism would take even longer, and that would require no interference from outside entities and complete cooperation from all citizens. Pretty much the creation of a strong socialist or communist country that is successful could take decades if you are transitioning from a capitalist economy.

Illegal Immigration-Do not build a fence. Strategic fencing, boots on the ground, etc

The Wars in the Middle East-Began withdraw after stable governments are firmly in place & leave few soldiers to said governments to help keep order while rebuilding.

Universal Healthcare-Um, I am open to this, but at this point in time it will not be looked to in my administration.

The Economic Crisis-Repeal Dodd Frank & other unnecessary regulations. Impose flat tax. Cut various government departments.

War With Iran-Don't provoke them, don't act hostile, but make it clear they can't bully the US or her allies.

War With North Korea-No need at this point & time. Same as Iran, just don't let them be bullies on the world stage.

    Use of Torture-No torture. Period.

Government Surviellence on Citizens-Nope. Not goin' there.

Space Exploration-I'm open to it, however at this point in time in our nation's history the money isn't there.

Gay's Rights-Each state can vote on wither they want to legalize it or not & do so accordingly. My personal opinion will not come into play.

Enviormentalism-Research it, promote green ideas & values.

    Abortion-Illegal. No exceptions.

Legalization of Marijuana-Same as Gay Marriage. Each state can vote on wither they want to legalize it or not & do so accordingly. My personal opinion will not come into play.

Education Reform-Promote education reform at a state & local level. Get rid of "No Child Left Behind".

Stance on Unions-Take a mallet to them.

Nigger that's where the money is made. You think wartime spending produces ungodly amounts of GDP? Well war against the universe is unending, it also involves significantly less austerity.

On the bright side, coat hanger sales will go though the roof.

Not having abortions means there will be more people, so more jobs are needed. The problem remains there.
