As you are not affiliated with any active power, I will add you under 'temporary NPC's' until further notice. You will recieve, in addition to your current forces, a standard garrison. Be on notice that, as a NPC state, you are not required to be here for battles, but will not have the same protections as active states concerning battles. That is to say, you may be taken over without your being here. @SPQR PM me your current force strength. You will not be recieving any standard garrison given your affiliation with Venice. You will be an 'affiliated NPC state'. This means that you are subject to being taken over without you being here for the battle. Battles will, however, have Lighthouse in control of your forces. Be on notice that if you do not return within a week's time from your last post or within a reasonable amount of content (that is to say that you don't fall behind the news too much), you will be declared a full NPC state with all the affilated effects possibly including the expulsion of Venician forces from your country. @Lighthouse As a temporary controller of an NPC state, you are expected to have that NPC act in its own interests. This means that you will have to consider ever event that you mean to involve Iceland in and be able to justify its actions. Similar to with Moscow, Macedon, and Dacia. You will also be responsible for being present to testify to Iceland's strength if battles come and/or command them in the field. And no, given that you do not have any strong affiliation with that state historically, @UnitRico may not place his state in your control. He will be as my statements testify above.

Population works like this: You get 10,000 population for each tile you control on the map. Only half of your population can be military. If you raise your military population to 50% of your total population, you will not be able to recieve the daily 5 tiles. So to answer your question: No, your military population of 12,000 is okay for now. You have 6 tiles and thus 60,000 population. You may raise 30,000 military at this time.
So i have 12 000 men standing army? Wow on my original post, my standing army was 2000, so that's nice.
I said total military. Players specify their own military. The military composition that you posted is what you have. IoM chu-ko-nu and archery ranks will now also carry dao. Chu-ko-nu ranks will now add poisen to their arrows. Archers are now trained to use fire arrows.
