If everyone is training for battle, who's Producing the goods?

That will be rather... difficult, as battles don't really tend to take place in individual provinces so much as in the terrictory of an empire as a whole.
Furthermore, you are not allowed to give military-grade training to your entire population and just say 'oh, they are all militarily trained' when something comes up. They will only be counted as slightly more trained levees when you call on them.
Keep in mind that you can only have 50% of your population in your military at any one time, regardless of what class of soldier they are.

I am not sure whether there is a mechanic (which means that there isn't) for the use of assassins.
Armenia was never aware that you were stealing youth to train, nor did it accept any such pact while it was under my juristiction. As a NPC state, Armenia never accepted the pact nor could it have. Now it is under Cover's control, and he will decide whether you get those troops.

No, I don't think you understand.
There are no leaders in most armies. There is no mechanic for leaders.
How can you disorganize the army? If the pop. of an army suddenly increases without a player putting that in, then they know that there is an assassin.
Kill some troops? Again, there is no mechanic for it.

Whatever. Its not my buisness, but until further notice from Cover, any recruitment in Armenia will be considered a hostile action. Or rather, it just won't happen.

Spartan training. Everyone is trained. Even more so I made a stockpile for every citizen a while ago. (Athens has most of it now.) 50% war time. I made a stockpile so that all citizens can be armed and armored. ALL trained, remember we use spartan training. (Confirmed by Mosh they are trained.) However, as of now we have 50,000 men training Athens army. Our old stockpile and extra went to Athens. Athens army will be over 142,000 men at midnight tonight.

Spartan training means that you get to reduce training time, not that all units are militarily trained and ready to deploy as full military units. Mosh and I will discuss this.
So you have 142,000 troops. According to the map update on page 280, you have 21 provinces. Thus you have a military capacity of 105,000. Not only have you exceeded capacity, you also are trying to balence out Carthage's military. Not happening.
