Ok, so they are going to come up through Egypt, conquer everything around there... and jump on boats that will reach Sparta uncontested.
No, really. I'm going to work one up. Coming up out of Egypt, but no, they won't just aim at Sparta. Egypt is pretty much the only good place I can think of. It's centrally located (sort 0f) and will allow the invader to take terrictory from anywhere in the Med. Sea. The major players will be located closely enough that they will have to deal with the battles. I'll probably have it come up out of N. Africa as a whole though.... I'll have to talk to the other mods about it though. We need to work out what happens to terrictory that is taken over. Possibly this will just be an aggressive and quick-expansion NPC. Another problem is the mechanic where battles cannot yet take place if someone is offline. We need a way around that since this will be an active threat to everyone that moves whether or not you are online. Maybe to keep everyone engaged, we can have multiple invading forces.
Don't have them attack me second. Why would they attack me when they have neighbors by land. Even more so I doubt levantines, Dalmatia, and Tyre will be happy to here there lands in Egypt being raped. I do like this though. Which kingdom of Egypt started after being conquered by Sudanese?
simple, cyrus and the Persians come out of eygpt, and a viking like horde comes out of sweden. That way we all could be screwed at first.
I'm going to have to talk this over with the other mods. Likely, it will be Cyrus, Huns, and Vikings together. But again, I'll talk it over with them. This is no small admin action.
Hmmm, Dependant on how both Cyrus and the Vikings act, the western med could be the most afflicted. If Cyrus goes west from eygpt, and the Viknigs sail down near normandy then two hordes would be coming togather.
Vikings. The North, North-West, and West side of the map is basically inactive except for Iceland and IoM, so the Vikings would theoretically have a breeze conquering there. Maybe.
