On the subject of Alex Tran

Now, we all know Mr. Tran's banning was shrouded in mystery and insults. I am here to tell you the truth. Tran was never told why he was banned. He simply was told he was banned, and given no reason. Today, Napoleon was brought back. Napoleon, creator of a million multi accounts, was brought back. I shall not argue with him being brought back, as I like the guy. Tran, we we don't know what Tran did.

Twice now Tran has been brought back by the moderating staff. Twice now he has been banned by Koba. The message he recieved when he refreshed the page less than a half hour ago was this:

You have been banned for the following reason: STALIN SAYS DO NOT UNBAN HIM.

Is there no reason? Why has Tran been given no reason? I have made this thread to say that Tran should be allowed back. Or, if you are not ever going to let him back, then at the very least tell us why you banned him. Alex Tran at least deserves to know this much.

This thread is in clear violation of the Happiness and Smiles Act and needs to be locked immediately.

It's quite obvious why he was banned. Stalin doesn't want him back.

Because Koba doesn't want him back.

I'm not discussing site policy. I'm simply asking why Tran has been banned. I think we deserve to know, considering what has happened during the past couple hours. With the Happiness and Smiles Act, we should have had better administration transparency than ever. Instead we are even less informed, to the point where some of us don;t even know why we've been banned.

That's only an assumption. There is proof that, at least, Stalin doesn't want him back. At the very least I would hope that our illustrious leader wouldn't let his dick decide site policy.

Do you see how stupid that is? He broke no rules that would warrant a banning. He let Napoleon back. So at least he can tell us his reasoning. I would like to ask the mods not to lock this until @JosefVStalin has come onto this thread and explained to us why Vulcan is gone.

No forum, anywhere on the internet, has a policy requiring the staff to justify it's actions to banned members.
And this is an issue of site policy.

He was never allowed back, he was unbanned without proper authorization.

This isn't supposed to be like other forums. This forum was created to get away from all the nonsense created by other forums, and to get out of silly rules that served nobody. THIS forum is different. THIS forums is created by a normal guy. THIS forum should at the very least give some answers to a site member who has been banned for no obvious reason.

I will explain this here:

I have no grudge against Tran. Napoleon's unbanning was something asked for by several members and is unrelated to Tran. I came online to see an account unbanned that should not have been unbanned for any reason. I texted Stalin, asked him if he approved it, he said no and to ban him. So I did.

Sorry, I did what he told me to and that's all the justification you need. This is locked.

I maybe against the banning of Tran; however this... This was not right to post. Please cease with calling Koba and trying to start something which wont end well for many.
