Th They are currently in temporary camps in Dalmatia. I will attempt to return them home once Cyrus has been dealt with. The 180,000 Lybian levies, the 225,000 Dalmatian levies and the 60,000 men gratefully recieved from Volland form together into a huge force, eager for vengeance on this desert upstart. 465,000 Dalmatian troops return once more to their ships, and set sail for Dalevantyre.
The 10,000 other professional Tyrian soldiers will be sent to supplement the garrison in Dalevantyre (10,000 soldiers, 2000 cataphracts), along with 60,000 militiamen.

My computer went out. Some take over Carthage for me. My ten titan class ships are done. They wil each be equiped with 5 catapults and 100 polybolos the ammo is oil flask that burn ship. Each titan ship is guarded by 20 ships in a type of carrier battle group formation. See all later till my computer is fixed.@Thefatkid
So there was never Athens soldiers in Africa? Anyways, since there is no soldiers in New Athens, the horde plows through the area and burns any cities. It burns down the ports. It prepares to attack Spartan Algiers.
@Karakoran It is basically an aggro NPC that fields a large army whose only purpose is to destroy stuff. Darthdj31 is in charge of this one. @Thefatkid @Anwrise888 I am not sure that is an acceptable arraingement, especially given that Sparta already controls Athens. I will appeal to the other mods on this matter and bring our decision to you. Not that I was ever made aware of.
