I don't have a fleet. All there is is the trade fleat. Athens has?????? @slydessertfox Carthage has 15 titan-class ships. and I believe 170 triremes. I doubt he is using all of them at once. We don't even need a fleet considering they don't have any boats.
The Upstart Cyrus poses no threat to New Scythia, at least not now. But I'll still save you from him with my own Horde. But for the hundreds of thousands of Scythians who are sure to die, I will need something in exchange. I want Egypt, or at least Minor Egypt.

@Karakoran If I am counting your provinces right, you have 44 provinces. That would give you a maximum military capacity of 220,000. Please adjust your military to match. Don't count on it. Remember that this is supposed to reach everyone, so we (the mods) may be spawning it a fleet or two. And I need rough estimations on the total population that those fleets take up.

Assuming every person is able to support a single soldier, then if I mobilized, yes, I'd only have 220,000 people. However these aren't my own levies and shit man. These are soldiers I've gained from other means. There's still 440,000+ people working the fields and mines. So they should be able to support 440,000 people.
