Thing is, Koba, that before you joined I am 99.9% sure that Stalin would never have aloud Napoleon back. I have no real problem with him, but rather with how you managed to pull Stalin's arm in order to allow him back. Seems to me, and probably to the rest of the site, that Stalin is your bitch right now. And after finding out about SE I am more than a little concerned about the future of this site.

Before she joined, I actually tried a few times to convince Stalin to let Napoleon rejoin the site

At first he wouldn't budge, but after awhile he began considering it.
The fact is, Koba just beat me to the punch.

I wasn't the only one who asked for Napoleon to come back. Stalin makes his own choices. He is not my bitch. That website is doing just fine as well. Thanks for your concern, though. Different situations, neither of which are your concern because you know nothing about them.

I don't like them, either. What should we do?

    Being serious for once. Honestly.

Oh yeah, well I'm going to start my own forum.
    With hookers, and blackjack.

    You know what.
    Forget the forum.
    And the blackjack.

First I think Stalin (or Pedro who is temporally in charge, or anyone) should make a couple of announcements, which I know you already said they will be done, and not lock it immediatly. Let the members discuss the situation, and this is for everyone, discuss it in a civilized manner.

That is why the PA was deleted is because it's not possible for this site to have a civilized discussion. Stalin is back on the site, so Pedro is not in charge anymore to my knowledge. I can ask him to post something but I don't know if it will be open for comment. He seems to want these kinds of things to occur in private lately. I also don't know what you want it to be about. He has already commented on Vulcan and Napoleon. So those aren't really open for discussion anymore. I am not speaking for him, though, just what I am assuming to be true to my knowledge. Your best bet is to send Stalin a PM.

The staff decided to delete the PA for a reason and it was stated that this is how appeals and concerns are to be handled. I know you all are frustrated. Just be patient. This is new to the staff as well. I can only speak for myself though. So any concerns about me or regarding me should be sent to me as well. Personal attacks get deleted on here but if anyone has an issue with me or my moderating they are more than welcome to make it private. Things are handled differently that way. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

I am not wholly familiar with the Happiness and Smiles Act so I don't know. All I know is Stalin recently said all matters regarding site policy are to be handled with him, privately.

    So I'm guessing technically no.

I know I have the option of sending Stalin a PM, wich I haven't done mea culpa, but I have the impression he won't read or answer it; this is why a think a public announcement would be more practical.

If I recall, we had to close the PA because of the unnecessary and stupid drama that occured in daily basis, being their reasons justified or not. I'm just saying to make a thread, or a couple of them, and if indeed people start to attack each other or etc, start handing warnings, deleting posts, or I don't know, 1 day ban.

    Where?

He will answer it if he has the time. He wouldn't purposely ignore anyone though.

I know it's repetitive but that's the only way you guys will get anywhere.

I can't do shit except what I'm told, I have to do things the same way you guys do. I really don't have as much pull as you think. I can talk to him on your behalf but that's as good as I can do :/
