Alright lets get right into it shall we!

The last tourney went pretty damn well actually! Hopefully this week i wont drop the ball on the quality. remind me if I do that again plz.
Rules:
Rules are the same as before. matches are bo1 (best of one) semis are bo3 and finals are bo5
EVERYONE WHO IS PARTICIPATING MUST BE IN THE CHAT CHANNEL CALLED "NKVDSC2Tourney" BY 6:00PM PST OR 9:00PM EST ON FRIDAY THE 24TH. IF YOU DO NOT JOIN THAT CHANNEL YOU WILL BE DQED.
The brackets will be posted on http://www.challonge.com. That being said, all the matches will be DOUBLE ELIMINATION which means there will be a losers bracket (note, someone who gets knocked into the losers bracket can still be the #1 winner of the tourney)

WE NEED MORE MODS! without enough mods this tourney will not happen. if you want to be a mod simply state it in your application. Mods are required to have an account on skype and be able to be yelled at (jk but you do need skype). ALL MODS MUST BE IN THE CHAT CHANNEL "NKVDmods" 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE TOURNEY STARTS

Casters
I will be casting some of the games and Stalin returning as a caster is up in the air at the moment. So if we do get several more signups then last week I will allow people to cast over my stream. That being said, anyone who has a stream is more the welcome to stream and cast any games. Just make sure to inform me that you are doing so.
