    Why not?

We could move in the NKVD EU3 mod and the NKVD Vicky2 mod into the thread as a start. It would be under the gaming section.

It's two threads why make a whole new section for it.

We did it for literature and there's just a few dead topics there.

Also the idea is that it would atract more people into modding both to use and to create mods.
Currently people have to know to look in the PC Games thread, and I doubt people who don't play PC games go there very often.

Edit: Also there's a lot of potential for mod related threads. Like a mod recomendation thread or something.

Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot to include the "English Teacher Bashing" thread and the "Books that made good movies" thread.
Other than that there's not much going on in there.

adds new grabs, tweeked alot of them so if you press the grab button and arrow keys to the side you can do side flips, misties, rhodeos (it's all about the timing really). i made a crap load of NKVD custome jackets, also made 2 josef stalin T shirts, but mainly it was the grabs, although i sorta fucked up the afterbang landing button but no one uses that anyway.

I have been working on a fantasy mod for Eu3 with different Factions Like Elfs, and Orks, Humans, Rats, Lizard people, pig people, Ant People, Goblins ,And Centaurs i Have made different Units for them and made some flags too. I edited the Provinces to give Different Manpower and tax. I also made some new Country Flags like any goblin nations have a modifier GOBLINS which gives 30% Manpower -12% Tax and Thier units are cheaper and have -20% Discipline And the Elven Nations have an exactly opposite modifier having less manpower expensive units but alot more tax and more discipline the only things left in my mod is Making an entirely new world Map which i don't know how to and to make new Army Sprites which i also don't know how to do

Edit: Also Make the provinces for the new map

I'm for a modding section. It doesn't matter how many threads the Literature section has because I don't think we had any threads like those at all before it.

    Epic.

Wait, is the custome jackers and T shirts stuff like graphics-sprite work or is there some editing tool inside the game you've been using?

im not sure what sprite work means but it's probaly that. the only editing you can do in game is in the vanilla verson, were you can choose the color of youre hat and jacket.

It would be really cool if you would try my mod karakoran! just download the original game and get used to the controlls and stuff, and ill figure out a way to share the mod with you! well if you would like to, jibbin may not be youre favorite game but it would help me out alot if you did try my nkvd mod.

It's the most popular Civ 4 mod, and it has a fantasy setting.
