    Agreed. Though I think that tier 2 and above bans or more than 1 ban should mean permanently banned from running.

    Who would decide who is a troublemaker? We don't want the mods preventing people they don't like from running, and I don't want to see the user base abusing the rights of an ideological minority.

    I am not an expert, but it's when you've broken the rules but not been banned, and, you have a warning... that goes away after a month, so during that month your warning is active and say you have two, you get another within the time-frame, you'd get banned... or recieve another warning if you only had one.

    guys im not trying to be bias but can the mods and tribunes actually SUBMIT A FULL DESCRIPTION OF THE RULES BEFORE GOING THROUGH WITH IT?

    i like stalin running this site and all but i didn't sign up for a dictatorship..... and i think we normal posters should have more say in candidates, who can run and who is banned... i don't want chelsea or kalalification putting some sort of junta on us

    What do you mean a full description of the rules? Also you guys voted form the tribunes so they are the representatives of the people so they are the people's vote. Also if you have a complaint PM one of the tribunes.
