Correction, you need to get 2 tickets, a tux rental, a corsage, at least a fancy dinner, if you want to go all out then a limo rental (split with friends) and probably some post prom festivities

There is no way in this world that a ticket to an event like that should ever cost $65. That's enough for a brand new game or to go out to a nice place, just to get in the door. I mean I can understand expensive tickets for nice seats at games and concerts and stuff like that but for prom? Come on.
