So I was thinking about the sites achievements and its pretty cool but there is no reward for them. So how about what if you can USE them to advertise them on the screen? Under the Home/Forums/Site thing there would be a small thing that would only have about 5 on the screen. I am thinking 50 points for 12 hours and 25 for 2 hours. If there are already 5 on you would have to wait. I think it would come in handy for polls and offical announcements. The achievement points are useless right now.Its like having a billion dollars on a deserted island.
No. The achievements are as I said before, simply e-peen viagra. That is their only purpose, to make you feel good at getting one. 360 achievements and PS3 trophies "don't do anything" either. It's the same deal.
paying for something never implies just money. paying for things was around way before currency was ever thought of so watch that. and user ads are fucking stupid as stalin could just as easily use that space for real ads to fund the site.
