Well guys I just broke my not-so-trusty laptop about 2 days before I was going to sell it and I dont want to go into why I was angry but I slammed the back of my mouse into the screen ( HARD ) and it broke. I have had bursts of anger before and now I have to use my dad's computer. I have told you guys before I have had issues with my anger that even lead to a fight once which was completly retarded on my part. I was hoping you guys could give me some like tips on how I can control myself and how to calm down. I might not be on so often and I am pretty sure my parents are going to sign me up for classes now which is just great because whenever my parents sign me up for something they turn out to be expensive and really really really bad. Like I used to take speech classes and some other class to make me calm down and not be so nervous as much.
Boy am I glad I ask you guys for personal help. In all seriousness I hope no one is thinking I am trying to sound like a badass.
Watch porn and masturbate(or get laid). You could also do some sort of sport where you can vent some of that anger.
