Each one has their individual pros & cons, but which one do fine people favour?

So are you a Capitalist or Socialist supporter?
I am somewhat of a Marxist myself. . . well that's what some say.

I am a pretty strong advocate of the status quo, so I gotta say the neo-Keynesian approach to capitalism is pretty great. BERNAKE, FUCK YEAH!

I'm an anti-revisionist Marxist-Leninist (Hoxhaist) with sympathies towards Luxemburgism, Trotskyism, Maoism, and Anarcho-Collectivism, so I'm a staunch socialist. All power to the proletariat, yo.

Ah, he's old hat. Keynes be trippin'. I know that Benny B. hasn't always made the best calls, but he certainly has more sense than anyone else at the Fed. As well, he had to work with Paulson. Blech.

My own experiences and other influences have told me not to trust Capitalism, yet neither can I trust Socialism because it seems so easily corrupted by Capitalism. I have to say that I am also VERY anti-authoritarian and this is generally reflected in my attitude. I detest the way that everything about Capitalism seems to drive people into a conformist, immoral society where the rich rule and power corrupts, where the people are considered second to money. I completely despise the way that in todays society people never seem to care about who the fuck they screw over.

Mr problem with Socialism is that it is corruptable, having said that when I can vote I will forever vote Labour only because it is better than the other two major options in my country. So, yeah I don't have a fucking clue where I stand.

I may not be a capitalist, but I will give Keynes credit. He created probably the most responsible and effective mode of capitalism

I am a capitalist because I am a libertarian. Freedom must show in economic and social lights equally.

It's better to apply ideals where they work best.
    Also wtf is "Juche"?

Is there a point in asking a simplistic question like that when you can just type "Juche" into the search engine of your choice and find out in 5 seconds? =P

For the record, it's the official ideology of the DPRK

Edit: sorry if I sounded like a dick

It's the state ideology of the DPRK. It's essentially an ideal of North Korean self-reliance, relying only on Korean resources and being completely independent from foreign influence.

So, Che practices North Korean self-reliance, while living Canada.
    I don't get it.

I think Che means he supports the DPRK in their strive towards being a self-reliant country. Of course I could be wrong. Although Che does support the god-like worship of Kim Il-Sung that the Juche ideology encourages.

people should be able to have a great deal of freedom but federal funds should go toward the betterment of the poor and needy. Also business is different from people and should be kept in check.

"Stalinist USSR" was not socialist (and not communist), but a bureaucratised degenerated workers' state — that is, a non-capitalist state in which exploitation is controlled by a ruling caste which, although not owning the means of production and not constituting a social class in its own right, accrued benefits and privileges at the expense of the working class

Meh tbh, Im not a fan of Communism or Capitolism, I much rather prefer Socialism(even though I'm an American.) with Communism you're working for a power hungry Government, with Capitolism you're working for an Poiwer hungry C.E.O., however I do believe in Balance, Socialism is a very balanced system which allows some Private owned businesses but also Government owned.

So anyways I can't really say off the top of my head the cons of Socialism(though I'm sure there are very few) however if I had to really think it would be because that in the past Hitler made Germany a Socialist Country, however if you look pass the Genocide Hitler with the help of Socialism made Germany from a piss ant country who's economy was in the shitter, to a Super-Power.
