Cheflegel has been given a one month ban, starting today. I'm sure most of you know why, but to recap, he has been banned for insulting other users, hate speech, and anti-Semitic signatures. Figured we should let you guys know. If you have any questions, feel free to put them to myself, or Tribune RonaldRaygun, either through this thread, or PM.

I have had Che wish death upon me many times, and yet I had never been as disgusted by him as I was today when I saw his signature. I am a pretty hard guy to offend too, but this was just over the top. At least before today his antisemitism has been politically motivated, but his signature today was just a blatant and sickening display of incorrect stereotypes that offended me deeply. Today he showed that he doesn't hate the Jews just because of Israel, but that he hates the Jews as a people, and that he is not only willing to support anti-Jewish propaganda, but also proudly display it himself. And then he even had the audacity to post another antisemitic signature after the first one was removed! The forums will be a better place if he never comes back.

I only saw his signature supporting the I.R.A which is pretty offensive to me, seeing as one of my relatives was kneecapped.

In any case, he was being blatantly offensive and I think the mods have made the right decision.

I just read his sig and.. wow. Brazenly and inarguably racist. I thought communists were supposed to be against shit like that.

It's not as bad as the one he had before that. He had this picture of a jew. I don't really know how to describe it. It was monstrous with fangs and shit.

It is a common portrayal of a Jew among Nazis and Hamas. It drastically emphasizes of some of our facial features and then wildly deviates to make us appear as if we are not human. Pictures like that are meant to scare young children away from the Jews when we really don't look that different.

He should be immedietly unbanned. Sure he can be seen as annoying, but it's not like anyone was really offended. Maybe Matt a little, but did anyone really take him seriously?

Anyway, a ban puts major dents into the NKVD MineCraft server concept.

So although you may think banning him helps the community, your only hurting it.
