In france there is a law that banns any and all clothing covering your face. Muslims are very upset about this considering the women wear their black thingy.

Are you in fauvor or against the law and why?

I'm in fauvor, because when you are out in public you should not hide your face. People who refer to liberty of religion are total nut jobs. If there would be total freedom of doing every single religious thing you have to, we would have people being eaten alive, killed, raped etc etc. Is this law racist? Not really. Not directly at least.

But thats only mine opinion, what about you?

I'm slowly starting to jump on to that train too... Not to be rude or anything, but they have an issue and I'm starting kinda to get sick of it. They just cant respect other peoples choises or oppinions witch goes against my core believes.

It's just extremists that want to spread their ideologies, i bet most muslims just want to live their lives!

Extremists commit crimes, (most) people go out and protest. And obviously not every muslims does this or that, but in some cases we can talk about majority.

That's a very generalized view of Muslims.

No, it does restrict their rights. I mean, obviously I'd rather they didn't because you can't identify them and they'd be able to easily rob a store or something, but as long as they're just living their lives I don't think I can really object.

Maybe if you banned it for proven criminals?

Oh well, why do the French even give a damn? They should probably stop minding the Muslim's business.

And Christians can respect other religions/cultures? What a laugh. Or that of any other cultures/religions, for that matter? But really, you can't change what they think about you, more than they can change what you think about them. Not everyone can be open and accepting of others, it's a fact of life.

Not now, but the history is full of blood. On both sides, of course. Plus, a lot of crazies in the lot, even til this day.
Both sides have crazies, and it was due to the intolerance of both sides that caused this mess.

I am against the law, it just doesn't seem right to me for a country to ban any type clothing even if it is only in public

Yes I am. Why? Because I saw too many of them in Egypt and let me tell you it's sad to see for more than one reason.
