   After discussing this with the Starcraft 2 Branch Head, I've decided that this branch is incapable of sustaining itself. Not at the fault of Link, but rather we simply do not have the volume or skill of enough members to utilize it in anyway.
   
   Everyone who was listed as part of the branch has been removed from the list and Link is no longer considered a member of the NKVD Clan Staff.
   
   Again, however, I would like to stress that this isn't the fault of Link, it's simply a failed branch.
