Sorry to disappoint you, but it annoys me (although I keep watching anyway) - the bad guys really really suck and there's too much emphasis on Wales, I don't like Amy Pond and I hate the way the Doctor acts like a know-it-all some of the time. 'Oh, it's Space!' or 'Hmmm, a spasticofuckulator, I knew it', etc. What I really want to see though are some Nazis. It'd be hilarious if the Doctor had to save Hitler from some predictably silly aliens. Still, despite those aliens in suits or whatever they were, I think it's recovered from the low of the Christmas special. Well I thought it was awful. Flying fish at the Christmas Carol in space theme park?
Whatever that is I want one. *adds to wish list* I've never seen the show but a friend has always said it was good.
I loved this show, but since we can't get the one good channel on television to show on our T.V. We have deal with the "SyFy" Channel's antics. Damn those were good times... even more so at 4 in the morning! :lol:

I'm I the only one who thinks Amy Pond is hot! I used to watch it for the storyline etc, but nowadays i think i watch it because of her only. (I kid, I kid)
pond is greatness but I have a softspot for redheads and my fav doctor is number 9 now that docter looked and acted so badass
Hah, redheads are so last year! :lol: Gotta say that Christopher Ecclestone is a great actor. Personally, I think he should've done one (just one) more series.
I gotta say I miss David tennate, but the show is brilliant... Although it's filmed in wales, there's not much emphasis of wales, could you elaborate what you mean?
David Tenant was amazing. Probably the best doctor of all time. I miss that motherfucker being doctor.
Expect with more, you know, facial features. Oh, and The Silence does have the ability to stretch and grow extra arms. I think the similarities are pretty thinly veiled here, it's the first thing I though of.
The silence is an alien race that has secretly ruled the Earth for thousands of years. I fail to see the comparison here.
Slender Man The Silence The similarities are visual, not based off of story or ability, if you go to Slender Man's Know Your Meme webpage, you get a picture of the Silence in the gallery. I would also like to take the moment that I wasn't watching the episode very closely, I was kinda doing some homework at the same time, I did catch most of the ending though.
The Silence are awesome. David Tennant will always be the best Doctor, I don't really like Matt Smith and I also don't like Amy Pond's accent (even though she's pretty cute).
