The world is basiclly reset to the start of the first game, try to pick other factions this time to make it more interesting. Rules- 1. No Godmodding, strick 3 strikes or out policy. If you choose to be a moron and do it a 4th time its offically open season on you. You'll end up like this guy: 2. Reisistance, after a faction/nation is annexed there is going to be an uprising, unless of course you retake a city you already had. Example: NCR takes over Western BOS, only leader of BOS can lead the reisistance. 50/50 chance of suceeding if you do it within 2 days ( IRL ), after that the percentage of suceeding goes down by 5% every day. I or another member who volenteers will decide the outcome. 3. Alliances, if you want to join an alliance bear in mind that large nations arent always the best choice. It will be hard for a large nation to attack 3-4 small nations at once. If you want to bring someone to your alliance or talk to someone in your alliance I advise using the Conversation/PM button. Insert your- Faction Name Location Size of faction Also if your faction/Nation has many branches like the Eastern and Western BOS armies are separete factions and infaction the East and West were on the verge of civil war around the end of Fallout 3. Desert Horncrusher Tribes Relocating from Arizona Small The wandering of the deserts have gotten worse by day.One of us saw a Deathclaw following us,it could've been just a halucination from the water shortage. By the end of the month we have walked away from our homelands becouse we were forced out by the "Legion of Caesar".Our new camp and burial grounds of men died during the taking of our home ahve been desicrated by the NCR who flushed usout of our new home. Now we have settled in the North-Western part of Nevada.

Republic of Hawaii Hawaii Small To trade and colonize the Pacific. We start by locating islands in the Pacific. We have few maps, but we have one of some islands called "New Zealand". WE assume that it is south to us so we start boating their. Out boats consist of 50 oarmen and a small palm sail.
Just as a note: Given that I will be running the neutral factions, I will be scaling the difficulty of the neutral factions as a function of how many people there are in the area around a player. For example, if there is a concentration of players in the US, and one player in say, Iberia, then I will be adding more factions near to Iberia. I do this to try and make the game fairer, so that the players that are locked in combat in the US do not have to deal with a world-spanning superpower when all is said and done in the US since a person starting outside of the US could expand with impunity. Also, I would recommend that the game be confined to the US and Americas since we have so few players. If more come, more terrictory will be added.
OOC: So you sort of doing what I did with the previous game. Good idea that you took from me! IC: On our way to "New Zealand", we come upon an island with a tribe on it. The tribe "Kiribati" offers us supplies for our trip. We ask if they want to join us in our union. They will get special privileges for being the first island tribe to join the union like more protection and special trading privileges. They also can rule the local government of the island and can have a say in the federal government. We will leave when we have their answer OOC: Imperial, you call on this one! We also send a canoe to California. We got a map of the area and assume that there will be people their. Once the canoe gets there, it will offer trade to the factions there (I'm offering a trade agreement to the TPU).
Yay and nay. Surf never stated that someone should take his place in the MUN game. In this game, Lighthouse admitted to the COI that he was setting up and offered me the position, which I accepted. Also, my position in this game is significantly lesser than that of the UN in the MUN game.
