Friendship

In this thread, you will have to define what a friend is to you.

I specifically asked for YOUR defintion of a friend.
Try reading and following the OP next time.

A friend is somebody who will stand by you through the hard times.

Please elaborate.
Some of the terms you used [specifically 'hard times'] are rather vague.

Sorry its late here so I cant really elaborate much. What I meant by hard times, is when you feel down, your friend will be there to cheer you up, and vice versa. I will probably go more into detail tomorrow.

A friend can be two things:
1. When shit goes down, you have their back.
2. When shit goes down, they have your back.

It's one or the other. The first is the guy that you always have their back. The other is that guy whose always got your back.

Am I the only one who has ever developed feelings for a friend? and yes it was a guy and I can be perfectly honest it saying he was the only person I would say I truly liked.
