Alright, i know many probably just picked up a random name, but still, there could be an interesting and/or funny story behind some of them :)
so i'm gonna start it of, and before i start i have to say; it isn't really an interesting story but a bit back it came to mind that my name might make me appear as an asshole and it gave me the chance to explain the kinda smug name ;)

At some point i joined a community and at that time i was unexperienced with how to deal with people online and i was therefore acting as if it was at a party for a family or a fine feast, u'know that sort off stuff.
so one day this guy asked me why i was talking- "like some dude from the eastcoast."
and we talked about it and apparently some people had followed up on the conversation,
and from there on out i was called "Royalty" because of the way i spoke, i changed my name for the fun of it and that was that.
The second part to my name came some time later when some new guy joined the community and i was introducing myself to him, i welcomed him to the community like the others and tried to be friendly at my best (for some reason i always over-do-it when i meet new people :/ )
Then he asked me why i had that kind of name and i told him the story, and he replied "well, come'on dude thats kinda stupid but what ever floats your boat." and then for some reason people started to think i was insulted by the reply; i guess its because i didn't reply back?, so i was called Unregarded Royalty" from there on out (i don't know where or when the word "Unregarded" came into play)

And that's my story. Hope you found it somewhat comical :p

Chelsea is my first name and the 366 part was from an online game I used to play and it stuck. I don't really feel like typing up further details, it's not a very interesting story.

Shaw is my name. And I'm the only person named Shaw I have ever meet, so I am The Shaw.
    Plus it sounds cool.

I think there was already a thread for this...

Anyway, I used to play loads of Star Wars Battlefront, and the droids were all called "Unit" followed by four numbers. I replaced the numbers with my name, decided it looked ridiculous and changed it so it sounded a bit better.

C_G was a name I had on a text based MMORPG, and I had pretty successful run with it so I kept the name.

I first used this name when I created an account on CNN after reading the comments on an article about women in the military. I thought a calm and level head was necessary to bring everyone together, and devised this name to represent my moderate personality. Every other letter is capitalized because the name Coexistence was already taken.

Leon Trotsky was Stalin's political opponent in becoming the leader of the Soviet Union. Stalin banished him, and had him assassinated in Mexico via icepick. I thought it was funny.

Not an icepick, a weapon made out of ice. Even more funny.

Besides Hannibal and his father, who are your favorite Carthaginians? What nation is Carthage in now and what city is it now, without looking it up?

Carthage is located in modern day Tunisia, and the modern day city is Tunis.

I swear on my life I didn't look it up.

    Probably Hasdrubal.

They spoke Phoenician. Because they were a Phoenician colony. But no, I didn't know that. But now I do, and knowing is half the battle!
