Your position where you are the most comfortable, for me its on my front, with my face buried in the pillow

On my front with my face pointing towards the right. I can't sleep any other way.

I sleep on my side, always have and I can't fall asleep any other way. Although when I'm sick I sometimes sleep on my front. Only time I can do that is when I don't feel good. Kinda weird. xD

Now that you mention it, when I'm sick I tend to sleep on my back, allows me to breathe easier I guess.

I start on my stomach but I toss and turn a lot. Causes no small amount of consternation to my sleeping partners! The latest one would get so frustrated, she'd move to the couch. It's caused some issues but it's not like I can really control it...

Lying down, with my eyes closed, preferably.

No, but really, I usually sleep on my side, except when my stomach is acting up, then I usually sleep on my back. It helps, no idea why.

In my own bed, unless I'm lying on my front with my head turned to the side and one leg slightly raised, I can't fall asleep no matter how tired I am. If I'm sleeping on a couch, I sleep on my side. If I'm sleeping on the ground, I usually sleep on my back.

You haven't made an 'all of the above' option.

It wins the Creepiest Thread of The Year Award already. Another thing to at the end of the year we should have forum awards.

Forum awards? That sounds fun. I am in favor of this idea.

Are you sure about that? Because I've heard that sleeping on your back is the healthier and correct position.

Yeah, I always heard that the worst way to sleep is on your stomach; causes a myriad of back problems and the like if done often enough, or so I've heard at least.

Sleeping on the head must surely be the most healthy thing!

Last night as I was going to bed I thought of this thread, so I thought I’d try different positions for a change lol. On my back was okay, but on my side... very uncomfortable, there was pressure on my shoulder and it felt like my ribs were digging into me. I don’t know how people sleep like that.

I always sleep on my back. Not sure how people can sleep on their stomachs, I always find lying on my stomach very uncomfortable (and hard to look up from).
