If Morality is a positive and correct response to a situation then is it possible to always be moral? If complete morality is possible then can the world be perfectly moral?

Morality from who's perspective? The person attempting to be completely moral?

Well, first off, morality is all about perspective. The Nazi's believed they were moral when they killed millions and so did Mother Teresa when she helped the poor. Because of this the only perfect world of morality is a world where everyone believes the same thing. So, the world can never be perfectly "moral."

    What does "perfectly moral" mean?

And is perfection possible for anything (and I don't mean anything that can have a 100% next to it)?

I don't think perfection is achievable for anything personally. People always pursue perfection, but I don't think it's possible to reach it. The pursuit of that perfection is what matters.

as said before, morality is all about perspective, thus the world cant be perfectly normal.

No because without immorality their would be no understanding of morality and vice versa so perfect morality is just a unattainable concept to try to motivate people into doing "moral" thing's
