    Enable UPnP on your router if you haven't already. It's likely an issue with ports.

    Press the "Start" button und write "cmd" in to the dialog box right ast the bottom. Once the command window opens, type "ipconfig" and hit Enter. Search for a IP-adress named something like "standard gateway". That should be the IP of your router. If you type the IP in your browser, you should be able to access it.

    Same, can't access it. I've tried both in Chrome & Palemoon.

    Then you have to check the manual of your modem if it supports port forwarding. If not.... well, your fucked!
