I will be droping out for the sake of fairness and no arguements of cheating. Instead each day the imperium will be able to choose one of two things as a perk. Orbital Bombardment or Penal Legion Regiment. Orbital bombardments cannot be saved up. Penal Legions can but there are no food accomidations so 25% will starve to death everyday. Independant Forces may choose the type of terrain, open desolate no mans land, Urban, Countryside farming communities, Ice world, Death World, Large Mountains, thick swamp, or Jungle.
