I know what you're thinking "Call of Duty?! Well that series has been butchered to death in the last 7 years!" Well yeah it was,but it is now revealed that it won't be in another Modern setting,It will be in the future. Now it looks like a mix between MGS4 and and a COD,and I think it has potential to be a something new to bring with the mechs, futuristic setting's license to pack in some awesome equipment and robot enemies.
This might be the first call of duty since world at war that actually makes sense. Also, it would be nice if you posted a trailer of the game. I would but Im at school so I dont wanna risk anything lol. edit: If you did post a video, sorry, yuotube is now blocked for whatever reason so I wouldn't be able to see it anyway. I just reakized that lol.
call of duty isnt a game series anymore, its just a name they put on terrible games in order to get people to buy them. the call of duty games i grew up with were awesome, this is just another piece of shit collected from the rectal glands of treyarch.
So I finally watched the trailer, and its good to know that by 2025 we will have whole robot armies, while at the same time bring back men riding on horseback... Didn't Battlefield 3 take place in 2035?
It looks ridiculous. But I'll wait for the E3 presentations they're bound to have. Once again, it looks fun to actually play, like MW3 was, but the story (or lack thereof) is gonna heart my head. That's actually very realistic. And they aren't robots. They are unmanned vehicles. Unmanned vehicles are not the same as robots, because robots can think for themselves and are programmed to work for themselves while unmanned vehicles are run by humans. It explains that somewhat in the trailer. The enemy "stole the keys". Which basically means that the US has lost all their military transport, meaning the military is reduced to something else. Although I don't think it would be quite all the way back to horses. Probably just cars and antiquated equipment. They also could have been using the horses to try and get into something undetected.
Anyone else think the graphics in the trailer were just a shade above the original halflife? I saw this video last night on yt and was like "oh treyarc is making a non COD game, that's interesting" before they flashed up the logo at the end
I dunno about you, but Syndicate is looking like a pretty good buy compared to this... I'm not fucking buying this load of crap.
Really, are you serious? ... Anyway, I am absolutely sure that this game will be utter shit, I'd rather buy Syndicate or Homefront than this, those games tried that futuristic military shooter bullshit and failed horribly. I wouldn't be surprised if this one flops.
Next, in Modern Shitfare VII, you are a forty-thousand year old alien fighting dinosaurs in the year 3003.
Yeah I am, Call of duty is a great game then and now because I am a loyal fan to call of duty no matter what
