Policy on Forming New Branches

The NKVD Clan, as I consider it, is officially rebuilt.

We now have three branches in our clan:
Starcraft 2 Branch
Team Fortress 2 Branch
Total War Branch

So now we need new games to add to our clan as well.
As long as I am leader of the NKVD, users will need to submit to me a proposal for a new branch formation.

The proposal must be in the form of a PM and must contain at least three co-authors.
Any fewer and the proposal will not be considered.
This measure is to ensure that at least a few people are interested in this and willing to put some effort into it.
Add the co-authors to the PM as well.

The PM should contain the following information:

• Description of game

• Explanation of competitive gameplay

• Explanation of how this game or series of games will benefit the clan

• Candidate to act as Branch Head

• Basic organization plan for the branch

• List of any members who showed interest in forming this branch, but did not co-author the proposal
