It has become a point of some concern for a few members (meaning someone else than Kara for once) about the position of the clan on the site. It has been asked why it's unreasonable to allow members to join in clan activities when they are banned. The answer is simple enough: it's not. The clan is a completely separate institution from the forums, and what happens here does not govern your ability to work with the clan. If you get banned from the forums, that's it, you're banned from the forums. The clan leadership makes its own decisions regarding the eligibility of its members to participate. However, as stated previously, when you are banned from the forums, you are banned from them completely. Accessing the clan subsection of the forums is out of the question, no matter the clan's position on your eligibility.

    Here's why:

When you break a rule on the forums, it does not matter which forum you're in, you will receive punishment for it. The site rules apply equally to all forums and subforums, as do punishments. To ask for members of the clan to be treated preferentially would not only place regular members into an unfair position, but would also undermine the rule of law we have here. No matter who you are or what you do here, if you break enough rules to get banned then you have forfeited any kind of right to participate on the forums.

And quite frankly it's incredibly, incredibly easy to never break any rules. If your involvement with the clan is really important to you, then why risk getting banned by breaking rules? There simply isn't a justifiable scenario in which a member deserves to come back to the forums because of their desire to participate in the clan. We are all equally subject to the same rules, and we are all subject to their punishments if we break those rules. To ask any otherwise is utterly ridiculous.

He's referring to Kara saying that Che should be allowed access to the forums but prohibited to the clan sections and other related issues.

You are the only person ever who has not agreed with me yet presented my side in a non-baised way.

Yeah it's true I disagree with your proposals but hell at least you're trying something. That was the whole point of this section of the forum, to encourage community involvement in the forums.
