I have seen some ridiculously huge signatures here. I'm talking about the kind of signatures that take up the space that two-three posts would take up. You should apply a restriction similar to the Avatar restriction on them.
I think it should really be left up to the personal judgement of the admins at the moment, to remove any rediculous or offensive ones. I think a restriction might put people off since the board is still in its infancy. I haven't seen any obnoxious ones yet, but yeah if people are abusing it then I agree there should be a limit.
The idea is more toward giant sigs... If you have a page full of giant sigs the thread becomes dominated by them and it makes it hard to read whats actually going on.
Well I suppose if it was page after page of massive ones then yeah, but at the moment I think its not too bad.
Everyones signature in this thread has a reasonable signature. If I see lots of ridiculous sigs popping up I will start removing them from people who are persistent offenders and if it is really an issue restrictions will be put in place.
