Well, he did if you count SovietEmpireUSSR's nomination, which you shouldn't because he nominated more than one person. So no.

I say we let the man run, since the site didn't have these 'points' when we changed we shouldn't be arguing whether or not we should put them in now, putting them in now just tells me that you have a absurd hatred for Ler and you disregard human emotions and feelings, considering you only raise the subject when voting has come up, and this is an opportunity for you to get rid of a candidate.
