Some suggestions for forum rules.

I am writing today to suggest a rule change for JosefVStalin.com forums, I am suggesting that we start a new "Debating in Fairness" rule. This rule would bring forth new rules that all forums members including staff would have to adhear to
these would consist of:
1) When replying to a topic weather you agree or not make no personal insults.
2) Aslong as the post is understandable then it is ok ( meaning if someone has made a slight gramatical error do not go out of your way to point e.g incorrect pluralisation, using no capitalised means like i etc.)
3) It would run on a three strikes policy for anyone found intentionally and continously, launching personal attacks on forums members, 1st strike warning, 2nd strike tempory ban and strict sanctions on the member 3rd strike 1-3 week ban from forums

The three strike system would be reset every so often like 2-4 months.
All these functions would be lead by a team of forum members seperate from the Staff and Moderator teams, also the team would have to have as diverse political views as possible to ensure fairness.
Also this team would be elected by the forum members every 2-3 months accept incase of alligations of corruptions or unfairness.
the team would be made up of five members, three members have to agree that and action broke the fairness rules and the decide on the action granted, ths will then be taken to public vote, and finally an action will be taken.

These are open to critisism from forum members as all your oppinions count.

The point of a debate is to win and if a personal insult helps win then by all means do it, and besides Kali insults are grammar all the time this is a personal insult i must ban him at once.

Personally i don't see what the big deal is, I mean we live life going everyday based on what others say to us or think, we can't help that we can only help our reaction to it. People in my views get too offended all the time.

At the end of they day we don not choose to be offended by people, some are better at comping with it than others, other people are more emotionally fragile and find it hard to blosk these thinks out, hopefully you can see now.

Why should I have to comply to the Emotional fragile?

We are human and compasion and empathy is what seperates us from the animals.

How exactly is different to what we have now?

No Human beings are worse then Animals, also Animals do have Empathy.

Infact nothing separates us other then we view ourselves as higher.

Humans are Animals with Superiority complex.

What? Find me where in a credible scientific paper it says animal have empathy.

Adding more administrators is just a terrible terrible idea.

It cuts down on personal attacks aswell as unneccasery grmatical correction to try and make people look dumb, also It call for a separate group of elected people separate from moderators that have wider and fairer view points.

They arent admins just 5 people who deal with comments deamed as personal attacks, its quite different with different powers and responsebility, and a fairer system tocrack down on more personal attacks

I think thats more then enough Information that Animals do have Empathy.

Birds have wings and can fly we can't. They are animals your point is.

Are you trying to round up every single animal on the planet? What are you trying to do? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?

Well done animals can co-operate together empathy is more feeling others pain and taking time to think about what we do and how it can effect others it is a very human thing.

What I am saying is although we are classified similarly we are differnt in alot of ways. Aswell can we stop talking about animals this isn't what the topic is about.
