THERE IS NO C4 for the recon kit. So i have been grinding for no reason because there is absolutely no why the recon can defend himself against a tank. The only vehicle i can kill is to shoot the pilots out of helicopters and drivers off jeeps.
Can you not spot them anymore? I mean I thought battlefield was all about teamwork so if you spot a vehicle someone will come and kill it right? I miss the spec ops class... Just going to throw that out there
I always wondered why recon would have C4 anyway. I mean, it's sort of the exact opposite of your purpose.
But Battlefield is all about realism dawg. Didn't you know that you're average foot soldier knows how to drive every vehicle, and can fly both helicopters and jets with no further training?
I always play engineer, I feel like it is the best class, Your multipurpose really, you can take out tanks, you can repair vehicles, and you can take out the occasional infantry.
I need to quietly scout and observe my enemy, so people aren't running into their death. Better start by blowing a hole in the side of a building! True dat.
I liked spec ops because it was that. You were primarily a run and gunner, a lone wolf, but had C4 so you could take out enemy vehicles and equipment, and generally pester the hell out of the opponent. I think I'm going to rock medic though when I pick it up later today.
I have a strange fascination of shooting RPG's and SMAWS, down hallways and corridors it looks really awesome.... i also think it frightens the other players to see a rocket wiz past there ear, atleast that's my opinion.
The thing is that you only get 20 points for spotting and most of the time you won't get the spot assist also i would like to help out the team by blowing up a tank that is capping a flag when there is no engineer in the area. Plus you can't spot enemies with people looking at the glint of your scope and firing at you.
I play as Support the class that HAS C4 Its so fun with C4 <3 .. Tank drives by and stops for a minute right next to you, throw three c4 packs on it, run to cover detonate it, kill the crew and tank massive xp reward and lulz. I also noticed that barley anyone plays as Support.
