I am banging my head against a wall. I honestly am. These nine idiots in robes must be past their prime. A mandate? Seriously....

So does this mean Republicans can shut up about it being unconstitutional?

They're going to kick and scream about this all the way to November and beyond.

Just out of curiosity, what was the conservative reaction in Canada when you started to implement your health care system?

Well they were against it, Tommy Douglas had to fight for it. Thankfully the Liberals managed to pull it off.

As in it was deemed constitutional.

Well then what do you know, Anerica is one step closer to allowing everyone healthcare. I am so glad I am not home right now or I would be hearing every profound word on the planet for the weekend.

I'm glad the Supreme Court has supported this law, for the sake of the US.

This handy little table will give you all you need to know as to why American healthcare needs to change.

Does this mean I can finally have affordable socialised healthcare without the sub human religious conservatives interfering.

I have a feeling that if a conservative Is elected for 2016 this Wont last long. Hopefully by then us Americans will realize what we were missing and make it political suicide to do such a thing, kinda like social security.

Not really, more then likely a lot of insurance companies will start offering federal minimum coverage plans, just like auto companies have done since most states now require you to have proof of insurance. Obamacare isn't socialized medicine despite what the conservative talk shows would have you believe.

Now I am just more confused.
    Did he write that post?

My point was that I don't recall where it is allowed for a president, any president, to nullify a Supreme Court decision.
    Not legally, anyways.
