    Okay I got a deal, either tomorrow it will be up with little changes and I make changes all the way through the game, or if you give me a week for me and my friend to work on it, I most likely will have solid rules for the game...

    Take your time. A week is good. No matter how it turns out, to make sure that it is playable and balenced, changes would be made throughout anyways, but a week will give time to cement some stuff and think it over. Take a week.

    I get the impression that most people have not [aside from the previous one]. And as far as I know, you can join as long as there are spare nations... which there probably will be owing that there are not even enough active members of the forums to fill all the slots...
