Well folks I am at it again. Let me tell you why you should vote for the slydessertfox. I am nobody special on the forums. However, being on the forums since the beginning, I know the people here better than most, and know the site well enough to know how to make decisions in the people's best interest. I promise you that I will not agree or disagree on any rule that is in the process of being made until I have set up a poll in the PA, and get your feedback. If I can not set up a poll I will at least try to PM many of the active members to get their opinion, but the majority of the time I will be setting up polls. I promise you that while I may not be able to pass everything you guys want me to, I will consider everything that is not totally ridiculous, and try to bring up as many of the issues as I can to the mods for them to think about as well. Oh and I will mention that I will not make any more attempts to bring Napoleon back. So please remember that a vote for the slydessertfox is a vote for the common man of the forum. Thank you for your consideration in reading this.

Also, here are some issues I would like to tell you my stance on...

1.) I will support mod transparency and try to make sure more issues that are being discused are made aware to all forum goers
2.) I will push for a two term limit, something other candidates in the past have tried to do.
3.) I will listen to all ideas no matter how ludicrous they are but will only consider ones thaat arent outrageous i.e. If a person asks me to see if I can bring Che or Napoleon back I will thank them for their input but will tell them politely that there is no way in hell I am going to try and bring a genocidal maniac like Che back.
4.)I will always vote accordingly on any issue in favor of what the majority has voted upon on an issue being discussed in the poll I put up about it. (refer above for further clarification)
5.) I will strive to win Chelsea's approval because we all know Chelsea rules the site =P

Transparency is overrated. There is enough transparency as it is, and the mods must be able to PM each other without everyone knowing, right?

If a Tribune is a good Tribune, why should he be limited?

    Naturally.

    Nothing wrong with that.

Who wouldn't try to get our Holy Queen's approval. HAIL THE QUEEN!

There is no where near enough transparency. There are whole parts of the forum we can't see...

Unless you get elected Tribune. It's not exactly like we are hiding anything in there, regular members can get elected and see everything we can outside of the ACP. It's just so not every single member and guest can see private information regarding warnings/bans and other such private issues about users such as reports. Plus we discuss rules there and our discussions are not our final decisions and opinions on the rules. Therefore not something that the public has an urgent need to see, only the final rule itself and our final stances on it affect the forum should it even pass.

Also, one of the powers of the Tribune is the shitstorm. If you see corruption you can be like *bam* shitstorm.

Edit- And Sly has my support.

Not true Observer, he could become a Tribune some day. If you want to so badly then run for Tribune (EDIT: missed that he actually is) but "Because I wanna!" is not a legitimate reason to completely wipe away privacy. Letting all users (now including guests) see all dealings with warning and banning users. Plus reported users and who is reporting them. Can you imagine everyone being able to see that? Can you imagine how much the reporter would get bashed by the person they're reporting and his or her friends? Also, when a person is warned the forum is not required to know, that is something that can and should be able to be private between staff and the warned user.
