What are your thoughts on PIRATES

First no not the old day pirates but pirate that torrent stuff (for those who don't know) what are your reasons for and against them why should they stop are they helpful is being a pirate really wrong what makes sense is just in your in your own mind

I saw a graph once it showed where the profits go when you buy a CD you're mostly just supporting the record company.

Well I'm not a big fan of piracy but the way the market works today is just, they overprice everything and go on quantity rather than quality so that I'd rather pirate a game to see if it's good or just play it than buying it for 60 euros.

I've been known to pirate things from time to time. Games, music, movies, books

In my opinion a world wide boycott of every single record company would be fucking great. Everyone just downloading music illegaly for a year! Why has no one done this?

Mainly because they destroyed my beautiful Hip Hop. Stone dead. And they are the eptiomy of the evil, greedy corporate machine called Capitalism.

Piracy is illegal, that's all there is to it. I don't see how it's worth it. Say you get caught, how would that be worth a CD or a game or movie? If I wanna see a game without paying for it to see how it is I watch videos of it.

Now tell when do people get caught for downloading a song or a movie they did not want to pay for.

Whether a lot of people get caught or not if there is any chance at all then it's not worth it in my opinion. I would rather not break the law. But getting caught or not it is theft and not any better than stealing in any other way that does not involve harming people.

I've never illegally downloaded music. Not because I think it's wrong or because it's against the law, but because I’m not computer savvy enough to know how to go about doing it without contracting computer viruses.

Ok so I'm spineless and gutless because I don't want to steal. Interesting. You know nothing about me, you don't know if I am spineless or gutless. But how WOULD it be worth it if you did get caught?
