What is Your Opinion of Napoleon Being Blocked?

I have been thinking about this for awhile and I want to know what you guys think. What is your opinion on Napoleon being banned and do you think he should be allowed back? I am not using this to actualy try and bring him back mods so do not lock it. I just want to see people's opinions on this. I noticed his apology so decided to see where people stand on this issue. Here was his apology.....

I suppose I will start from the beggning I was born in France after WWII my Grandfather moved to the USA to the stae of Kentucky where my familey would live for the rest of their lives for now anyways. For I did not want it to end this way and I know you won't forgive me but please at least just don't hate me. Though I can't say much more then this I will wrap up a few things.
1. Homophobia- I am not a homophobic I have nothing against gays.
2. Multi-accounting- This is my last account the rest have been banned.
Now what I ask of you is this please I know this is alot but at least let me keep this one make it to where I can't post nor cause any trouble but at least check up on the fourms. I know that's alot to ask but it's all I ask. But it's time I wrap this up I aplogize for eveything I have dine to these fourms for all the chaos I started I promise that I will never do it again. I'm sorry.

This was one thing I think the mods should not have locked.

He broke the rules multiple times.

Multi accounting was not against the rules at that time.

He made around 7 known accounts. 7. Some after he was issued a non permanent ban for a different reason. He has made users doubt tons of new users and made this a more unwelcoming environment. New users have to defend themselves to prove that they aren't Napoleon and that just isn't right. He lied to the entire site on many accounts and was one of the most disruptive members we have had. It was a thread made by a multi account, all multis are perma banned, saying sorry isn't going to get you out of trouble with bans. Staff reserves the right to take such actions in such extreme circumstances and this course of action was backed by Stalin.

But to block the thread? And its not his fault a new member is questioned. We are just too paranoid.

It is totally his fault when a new member is questioned because he made a million multi accounts. There was no reason to leave the thread open. He was banned, he will stay banned.

How many new members that were not him have been questioned?

He was a member that should've been banned, unlike some others..

Would you guys like to post if you were wrongfully accused of being Napoleon? I don't feel like going through each intro thread. But the most recent one http://josefvstalin.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=4927. Also General Bonaparte was instantly suspected because of his name, even though he is not him. It's not right. He caused more than enough damage for his punishment.

Wait what, Benerfe? According to you I thought if a member "wanted to be here" he shouldn't be banned. Nappy obviously wanted to be here, enough to make 7 accounts. Or does that only apply when you like the person? Ya know if we did that, that would be what I would call "corruption".
