Why You Should Vote Link

If you're expecting an epic speech, you might be disappointed. I'll try to make this tl;dr as pleasant for you as possible. First off, I want to thank all my current and future supporters. Without the support of the people, I wouldn't have gotten anywhere.

I've been doing my best to make some change around here, along with several others, but we didn't do anything but pose a question. The people answered en mass. The poll results were overwhelmingly in favor of reform. No one is responsible for this leap forward but you.

Now, I know a lot of promises have been thrown around, and I know most people are pretty wary of campaign promises, for good reason. I'm not going to make any outlandish claims. I'm not here to promise you anything. The decisions are up to you, and all I'm offering is my service as your voice. My fellow forumers, you are the heart of this site. Do not let yourselves be taken advantage of. I'm not saying that we own the website. What we have is something much more valuable. All the content posted here is ours. All of our successes, all of our failures, our entire story. These are the things that make the site great, and you are the ones who created them. You should be proud. Our Admin didn't make this site great. Neither did our mods, programmers, or artists. We all have, together, and now we must continue to do so, by giving the users a say in how our site is run. You deserve a say in the rules that bind you, and if you choose to elect me, I will convey your message to the best of my ability.

Naturally, as your tribune. If anyone has any, or any suggestions, please contact me via PM or in thread. What you want is important to me, as it's the only way I can have any legitimacy. Thank you for your time.

To those who think I hate the mods, this isn't the case. I'm not Che, I want transparency and reforms to empower the users to counterbalance possible mod corruption. My only promise is to represent you as best as I can. I really hope you guys will consider me for your candidate. I wish all my fellow candidates the best of luck, and no matter how it ends, I thank all my voters and my supporters. You did more than you know. Your encouragement was the only thing that convinced me to do this.

The fact that Link was able to post anything without some kindof trolling or cursing is amazing in itself. The only problem is that most people would think of Link as the joke candidate. Just to see how far the troll gets even though hes taking this very seriously. Still have my vote.
