Tell me what you think about the wii. Did it sell too well or its the most epic thing ever? I think it was Ok but the graphics were SHIT. Trust me i played World @ War on it... what a fucking disaster.
Its not made for awesome graphics its made for cartoonish graphics that are made for families I am part of a family we have a Wii... Its awesome especially just dance.
I use that thing to play my Gamecube games, Metroid Prime, Zelda, the odd gem I dig up, Mario Kart when my cousins come over because they think they can school me in it (they lose, every time), and relics of the past. That's pretty much it. As for what it did wrong, online...massively, and it should have probably had a conventional controller included with the damn thing, just in case developers wanted to make a traditional game and not worry about the target audience not owning the said peripheral (a problem with things such as the Wii Balance Board, Kinect, and PS Move). Also, the next person who says "graphics" gets strapped to a chair while I force them to watch the Extra Credits episode of Graphics vs. Aesthetics.
I loved the Wii. It kept the good old fashioned console style while introducing something new to the gaming world. The Wii is an unique console while PS3 and 360 are too much wanna-be / replace computers. The games on the Wii are all great fun and innovative. People who complain about the Wii performance don't get it, the Wii is a newer version of the old nintendo consoles meant for playing cartoonish games such as Super Mario. If you want to play Call of Duty, Halo or Total War get a PS3/360 or even better, get a PC. If you wanna sit in the couch playing Mario Kart with some friends get a Wii.
