I'm proud to present: Rule Reform and Clarity act! When developing this reform goal was to eliminate bureaucracy, clarify layout both for moderating staff and users alike. While it does not change existing rules, it drastically changes and clarifies them allowing significant mobility when dealing with reports and appeals.
