How many silos have you known to be built in 6 years during a conventional war on that scale? This game is essencially different for a number of reasons: 1. The scale is smaller. Try as we might, neither I nor TheKoreanPoet can effectively manage our terrictories and normally only address a taken area when it is under threat. I have not said anything about Central or South America since I took them. The micromanagement is just not there. 2. The weapons are different. No faction weilds any WMDs. 3. Alliances are frail or non-existent. There are other reasons. To be quite honest, this has been a rather tame game thus far, considering that there are no limitions on godmodding than the fact that people will complain.
Like I said... anyone is free to take the FULL position. Now that I think about it... it was a bad idea.
And you fail to recognize anything. My actions were meant to have two affects: 1. To secure for myself a comfortable position in the game. 2. To point out that the game was rediculous because it lacked any sort of rules or regulations. More specifically, I was attempting to appeal to you to restart the MUN game since it has been the only game on the forums thus far to have a fair and [for the most part] impartial system of operation.
I, for one, believe that the system that you used for MUN would work with a few modifications [namely that of tailoring the rules to how a FO Universe game would work].
People would rather 'role-play' the attacking, making up a 'story', if you will, behind it. They don't like attack statistics

The Shi are nothing but warmongers and only intend to attack factions that they deem hostile. The war will be pointless bloodshed for a cause that will only establish more bloodshed. The victims here are the Manchus who is currently having their land taken from them and their people being either killed or put into slavery for not being "pure". If you support these people, the world will be disgusted at you. We accept the invitation to the meeting of all leaders. We request that the Leader of the BoS come to the meeting. Manchuria will come if the Shi leader comes. Suluwesi will come to help learn how the eastern tribes got power armor. Mongolia will come with Manchuria to help discuss peace agreements with the Shi leader. Tibet will come to mediate the peace agreements. With a possible war coming, anti-vehicle and anti-tank weapons are being made. These weapons contain a material which causes nuclear reactors to melt down effectively destroying nuclear powered vehicles. Other warheads like explosive and acid will be made as well. I disagree with that assessment. The only reason that this one could prove 'more interesting' is on the basis that it has no rules whatsoever. Its fun at first, but imagine having all of the cheats on while playing multiplayer on SC 2. It gets stale pretty quickly. If this game didn't have any sort of godmodding, then there would be all sorts of conflicts between players confined to the US.

The after F3 time is not that greatas of creative freedom,Becouse we don't really know much about anything outside the East coast. The time after the first Fallout would give you a lot more freedom becouse there aren't any major nations unlike in 2277.
